The Colosseum opened on March 25, 2003 at Caesars Palace, built for Celine Dion's residency A New Day... on the site of the former Circus Maximus showroom. The Roman-themed theatre cost a reported $108 million to build. Dion performed more than 1,100 shows in the house, and the room has since hosted extended residencies by Elton John, Cher, Adele and others.

Getting there

The theatre is inside Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, reached through the casino and Forum Shops level.
